Mark Hellrung was a veteran hotelier with more than 35 years of luxury hospitality experience, including 20 years with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and 15 years with Westin Hotels & Resorts.

Mark was the general manager of the AAA Five Diamond Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas, a title he’s held since April 2008.

Prior to taking the helm in Las Vegas, Mark served as general manager for two Four Seasons properties in Hawaii: Four Seasons Resort Lana’i at Manele Bay and Four Seasons Resort Lana’i, The Lodge at Koele. Under Mark’s leadership, the resorts underwent a complete physical transformation and more than doubled their revenues in just over four years.

Mark began his career with Four Seasons as a hotel manager at the Pierre Hotel in New York. He was then promoted to general manager of Four Seasons Resort Nevis, West Indies, which became the only AAA Five Diamond Hotel in the Caribbean during his time at the helm. Following his stint at the Caribbean property, Mark returned to his hometown of Houston, where he served as general manager of Four Seasons Hotel Houston before landing at the properties in Hawaii.
